Gosh dern it, I love all these songs.  They are the soundtrack to my 20s, and are not just the songs I’ve been listening to lately. The only exception may or may not be Running Up That Hill by Kate Bush, as I’ve just recently discovered it and I can’t really predict its staying power at this early a stage (but I have high hopes for it).  The rest, however, are battle-tested and are well and Pavloved. I’ve built emotional ties, and memories and snippets of my life replay like videos when I hear them. I doubt you’ll get the same experience. ‘s pity. Enjoy.

1. Wolfshiem – Kunstliche Welten
2. Tujiko Noriko – Rocket Hanabi
3. Katell Keineg – Ole, Conquistador
4. Kenna – Hellbent
5. Kate Bush – Running Up That Hill
6. Peaches – AA XXX
7. Peter Murphy – Cuts You Up
8. Miss Kittin & The Hacker – Frank Sinatra
9. The Sneaker Pimps – 6 Underground
10. Tori Amos – Pancake
11. Imogen Heap – Hide And Seek
12. Rasputina – Remnants of Percy Bass

About The Noise Upstairs

The Noise Upstairs is an improv collective which runs free-improv nights in Manchester and Sheffield, as well as putting on other improv related events. The basic premise is that anyone can turn up and join in by putting their name in the hat. Names are pulled out, ensembles formed, and hearts broken.
